Edgeless Mop

Construction:

  • Mop heads are made of a single knit, non linting tube of continuous filament polyester.  The mop tubes mechanically encapsulate liquids to maximise sorptive capacity.
  • High profile ergonomically designed polypropylene B18 bucket, 22 litre capacity.
  • B18 bucket has 4 castors
  • Patented wringer system.
  • Extra long handle for improved leverage and wringing capability.

Application:

  • Cleaning cleanroom floors.  Excellent for wet cleaning and application of disinfection. Edgeless Mop is also available sterile.
  •  B18 bucket is ideal for use with Edgeless Mop.

VK Mopping System

Construction:

  • Comprised of polyester fabric laminated to clean ester foam which provides excellent abrasion resistance.  Mop head is free of any cellulosic contaminants and is compatible with gamma, ETO, and autoclave sterilisation (when autoclaving ensure VK is moist).

Application:

  • Developed for wet cleaning ceilings and walls in controlled environments.
  • Provides complete range of motion.
  • Ideal for application of disinfectants and cleaning solvents.

Wall WipR

Construction:

  • Polyester laminated foam wiper.
  • Bucket – Polypropylene, 22 litre capacity.
  • Easy glide castors.
  • Sieve – Stainless steel to provide strength and resist corrosion.

Application:

  • Cleaning cleanroom walls and ceilings.  The cover is stretched over a T-handle pivot head.  Provides a wide surface coverage with excellent manoeuverability.
  • The Wall Wiper fits perfectly in the bucket to easily moisten the cover whilst the sieve conveniently removes excess moisture from the Wall Wiper prior to use.

Isolator Cleaning Tool

A special autoclavable tool designed to take sterile disposable covers, which aids the cleaning of isolators and laminar flow cabinets.

The two part construction allows it to be easily passed through transfer hatches, and re-assembled. The tool is lightweight to aid reaching the rear of the cabinet and an extension handle is available for increased reach, especially for large or half suit isolators.

The specially shaped head ensures all areas of the Isolator, even difficult back corners can be cleaned, reducing the risk of contaminants remaining.

Once assembled the reach is approximately 600mm. A 300mm extension handle is available for larger cabinets or half suit isolators.

The Isolator Cleaning Tool is designed for use with sterile single use cleaning pads. The pads comprise of an inner core of absorbent viscose and a choice of a low particulate or 100% knitted polyester, soft and strong cover. Each pad is supplied individually double bagged before irradiation at not less than 25kGy. The packaging incorporates the Klertear feature, making it easy to open.
