CoverallsDesigned for maximum control of particulate and microbial contamination, the coverage of a coverall is ideal for critical applications, ie Class 4, 5, 6 and 7. Combined with the appropriate cleanroom clothing - head and shoe coverings, the coverall provides maximum body coverage. Where operator protection is of primary concern, Barrier Fabiric coveralls offer maximum protection from potentially harmful powders and solutions. If fluid repellency is required, Ultrashield polyester is the ideal solution.
ULTRACLEAN GARMENTS The 6727 Ultraclean Coverall is the most popular style within CRG's garment range, for use within the Australasian pharmaceutical and medical device industries. They are typically processed to Class B standard, and can be sterilised via CRG's ethylene oxide sterilisers. Class D processing is also available for Class I and II Medical Device applications.
ULTRASHIELD GARMENTS CRG'S Ultrashield barrier fabrics protect operators from potentially harmful powders and solutions. When processed using CRG's proprietary PCG (Potentially Contaminated Garments) wash, Ultrashield coveralls offer fluid repellency. This makes them ideal for wet environment applications. When being used to protect against hazardous drugs, it is critical that the customer liases with CRG to ensure that each drug has been validated for removal by PCG processing.
BIOCLEAN GARMENTS The Bioclean Garment Service has been specifically developed by CRG for controlled manufacturing environments that are less critical than traditional cleanroom manufacturing areas. Processed as Low Bioburden (LBB), bioclean garments are ideal for tablet and cream manufacturing/packaging, and high risk food processing facilities.
