Nitritex Ltd is pleased to present the BioClean-D™ range of disposable Apparel.  These Single use disposable garments have been carefully researched, designed and constructed to provide the wearer with maximun comfort and protection.  The garments are manufactured from a revolutionary Clean-Tough™ fabric, which is both leightweight, low linting, hard wearing and compatible for use in ISO Class 4 cleanrooms and industrial environments.  The Bioclean-D™ range is available in both sterile and non-sterile.

The Clean-Tough™ fabric Adobe Acrobat Document used to make this range also has the following test results supporting high permeability resistence to Chemo (Cytotoxic) Drugs.

  • Bound seams – for extra strength and superior protection against penetration by dust and liquid splash
  • Manufactured in a facility holding: ISO 9001 : 2000
  • Certified to PPE Cat III, type 5/6
  • Zip flap double layered – Ensures complete cover for the zip and maximum protection for the wearer against dust and liquid splash
  • Enclosed elastic hood, cuffs and ankles – Prevents shedding, provides neat appearance, improves wearer comfort
  • Each coverall is packed in a sealed double bag and packed into a double liner – Compatible for cleanrooms, controlled environments and industrial use
  • Easy tear bags – Minimises effort and particle shedding
  • Special print encapsulation process ensures that bags can be wiped down with cleaning or sterilising fluids without fear of cross contamination from printing inks
  • Compatible for use in ISO Class 4 cleanrooms
  • Available sterile and non-sterile
